I am sharing photos from my author signing event in Horsham Library last weekend. It was a hit! I sold a lot of books and networked with other authors for future collaboration.
On top of editing my book with what seems to be 1000 rounds, I am prepping for marketing.
I am exhausted, but I am geared on pushing this on to every person's reading list because there is special message in every chapter you read.
My Black Sheep Chronicles isn't just about myths and folktales, curses and luck, gods and creatures, great sex and boring sex. It's a range of social problems. Grievances. Anger. Stories spilled in written form for pages, told behind imagination. In Chinese philosophy, where there is a Yin, there is the Yang. In the Chinese Zodiac, we see the good on one side for a millenia. If you flip it over, there lies a different face of our most precious heirloom and our heritage. It's about hearing the voices that were shunned, the individual rights that were silenced, and the fire of brave souls that dimmed.
Can't wait for you all to read and enjoy the inner world of the Black Sheep Chronicles.
Sincerely,
Helen
